In order to further enhance the technical expertise and service standards of the company’s employees and standardize radar operations, Operational Standard: On June 28, Wave Technology organized a radar technology training and exchange session, which was attended by employees from the R&D, business, and technical support teams, among others.

 

 

This training session focuses on the theory and practical application of ground-penetrating radar, and will be presented by a technical service engineer.

 

 

At the meeting, a technical service engineer presented the ultra-wideband radar technology and provided an in-depth overview of the features and advantages of WaveTech’s ground-penetrating radar. Drawing on real-world case studies and specific radar products, he also elaborated on key technical considerations and best practices related to radar R&D, market demand, and project operations and maintenance, enabling participants to gain a deeper understanding of the product’s capabilities and enhance their technical service expertise.

 

  

 

The training session employed an interactive, collaborative learning approach. Participants actively raised questions tailored to their specific job requirements, and the technical lead provided thorough, timely responses. Through in-depth discussions and exchanges, attendees not only enhanced their professional skills and overall competencies but also resolved several challenging issues they had encountered in their work.

 

  

 

Wave Technology stated that it will continue to intensify its training initiatives, comprehensively enhancing employees’ professional capabilities and laying a solid foundation for the company’s high-quality development. In particular, the company is focusing on radar operation and data‑analysis training to improve customers’ proficiency in using radar products and their data‑analysis skills, while also helping the ground‑penetrating radar industry advance to higher levels of expertise and fostering its healthy, rapid growth.
