Volatility Technology Successfully Held Its 2024 Mid-Year Performance Review Conference.
To comprehensively review the achievements of the first half of the year, identify and address existing challenges, and clarify the direction and objectives for the second half, Volatility Technology held its 2024 Mid-Year Performance Review Meeting on August 2. Company leaders and all employees attended the event.
At the meeting, the business, R&D, delivery, and general‑administration teams each delivered progress reports. Through PPT presentations, attendees engaged in in‑depth exchanges of work experience, showcasing key achievements with clear, precise data and concrete project case studies. They also openly addressed challenges, thoroughly analyzed existing weaknesses and shortcomings, and demonstrated a proactive, determined approach to their work.
Following the performance presentations, all attendees conducted on-site evaluations and assigned scores based on the presenters’ performance and their day-to-day work, adhering to principles of objectivity and fairness. Ultimately, six outstanding employees for the first half of 2024 were selected through a comprehensive assessment. In addition, department heads will address the areas of weakness identified during the presentations by raising their standards and proactively implementing improvements in the second half of the year, with a focus on continuous enhancement.
The successful convening of this mid-year performance review conference not only provided all members of BoDong Technology with opportunities for cross-departmental communication and learning, but also further boosted the enthusiasm and motivation of every employee.
