Recently, in order to further enhance the team’s technical expertise and better provide customers with technical support and solutions, our company organized a training and exchange session on 3D ground-penetrating radar. Employees from both the business and technical teams participated in this training.

At the meeting, our company’s technical director translated specialized, less‑common terminology into clear, easy‑to‑understand language and, using a combination of text and visuals, presented the application industries and fields of 3D ground‑penetrating radar, along with its product functions, features, and advantages. This approach allowed attendees to experience the front lines of the business firsthand, gaining a more intuitive and in‑depth understanding of our products and related knowledge. Participants listened attentively, engaged actively, and frequently asked questions and exchanged ideas, creating a lively yet harmonious atmosphere.
Through this training and exchange session, participants not only deepened their understanding of the technical aspects and practical applications of 3D radar products but also resolved several challenges they had encountered in their work. Moving forward, Wave Technology will continue to organize a variety of themed training programs, leveraging these initiatives to strengthen the professional expertise and overall competency of all employees, foster their growth, and lay a solid foundation for the company’s continued development.
