In the late hours of December 4, 2024, a sudden ground collapse occurred at the construction site of Section 5 of the Shenzhen–Jiangmen Railway along the Zhoushi Road section in Hangcheng Subdistrict, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, leaving 13 on-site workers missing.
