Smart Exploration of Earth, Connected Future | BoDong Technology Makes Its Debut at the 5th Guangxi–Pan‑Beibu Gulf (International) Geophysics Symposium and the 2025 GXGS Academic Annual Conference
From October 9 to 11, 2025, the Fifth Guangxi–Pan‑Beibu Gulf (International) Geophysics Symposium and the 2025.GXGS Academic Annual Conference will be grandly held in Beihai, Guangxi. As a company deeply committed to ground-penetrating radar technology, it integrates research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service. High-tech enterprises, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises , Fluctuation Technology Showcasing cutting-edge technological breakthroughs, the company joined industry partners to explore the latest applications and emerging trends of artificial intelligence in the geophysical field.
This conference focuses on cutting-edge geophysical theories, engineering geophysics applications, and key technologies for intelligent disaster prevention and mitigation. It brings together experts and scholars from renowned domestic universities and research institutes, including Central South University and the Institute of Urban Underground Space and Energy at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), as well as geophysicists from ASEAN countries such as Vietnam and Indonesia. Centered on the technological integration of “Artificial Intelligence + Geophysics,” the event jointly explores practical pathways to upgrade regional geophysical exploration and foster innovative development across the industry.
At the symposium, Yang Hongxing, General Manager of Volatility Technology He offered a brief overview, beginning by highlighting the company’s core technological strengths in areas such as ultra‑wideband radar and stepped‑frequency radar. He then outlined specific directions for collaboration—deepening partnerships with Guangxi, the Pan‑Beibu Gulf region, and relevant countries—to lay the groundwork for future synergistic development. These technical presentations and collaborative initiatives were met with broad recognition and enthusiastic support from the attending scholars.
At the conference, representatives from Volatility Technology highlighted three core pieces of equipment that the company has independently developed and manufactured: BD-GPR-U Series High-Depth Ground-Penetrating Radar, BD-GPR-200 and BD-GPR-900 Single-Frequency Series Ground-Penetrating Radars 。 These devices can detect red clay, coastal sedimentary soils, and hidden karst caves, providing data to support foundation investigations and site selection for construction. They also efficiently identify voids in railway subgrades and weak soil layers along road slopes, ensuring the safety of transportation infrastructure. Furthermore, they help map underground rivers, pipeline leaks, and potential ground‑settlement hazards in urban areas, thereby establishing a robust technological safeguard for urban governance and infrastructure maintenance. Leveraging their practical advantages tailored to the specific needs of South China, these solutions have successfully captured the attention of conference attendees.
Through this conference, BoDong Technology fully showcased its technological and product strengths in areas such as geophysical exploration equipment and data processing. This not only significantly enhanced the company’s brand visibility and industry recognition but also, through in-depth engagement with domestic and international experts, research institutions, and peers, laid a solid foundation for future technical collaborations and business expansion. Looking ahead, BoDong Technology will continue to ramp up its R&D investments, focusing on the intelligent upgrading of geophysical exploration equipment and the advanced, AI‑driven processing of geophysical data. By delivering cutting‑edge solutions that closely align with industry needs, the company aims to further strengthen its presence in the geophysics sector and inject greater momentum into regional advancements in geophysical technology.
