Exploring geoscience with intelligence, co-creating new opportunities! Wave Technology makes its debut at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Guizhou Office of the Chinese Geophysical Society.

From December 23 to 25, 2025, the “2025 Annual Meeting and Academic Exchange Conference of the Guizhou Office of the Chinese Geophysical Society,” hosted by the Guizhou Office of the Chinese Geophysical Society and organized by the No. 114 Geological Brigade of the Guizhou Provincial Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources, was successfully held in Zunyi. With the core theme of “Unleashing New-Generation Geophysical Productivity to Support Guizhou’s Path to High-Quality Development,” this conference brought together over 60 industry experts and scholars from more than 20 organizations, who engaged in in-depth discussions on key areas such as applied research in geophysical exploration technologies, the intelligent transformation of the industry, and the upgrading of equipment and instrumentation.

As a company deeply rooted in the field of ground-penetrating radar technology, it integrates research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service. High-tech enterprises, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises and Innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Wave Technology made a striking appearance, showcasing cutting-edge technological achievements such as ground-penetrating radar. Leveraging two key platforms—technical presentations and equipment demonstrations—it joined industry partners in exploring innovative breakthroughs and future prospects in geological exploration technology.

At the conference, Luo Gong, the keynote speaker from BoDong Technology, delivered a presentation titled “Applications of Next-Generation Radar in Geological Exploration,” providing an in-depth overview of the company’s technological expertise and its core product portfolio. Leveraging the synergistic advantages of applied geophysics and electronic information technology, the company has independently developed… Ultra-wideband radar The product boasts a relative bandwidth exceeding 50% and exhibits excellent characteristics such as linear phase, low chromatic dispersion, and strong anti-interference performance —— BD-BRD Borehole Radar Leveraging its core advantages of “great depth, wide coverage, high power, and small aperture,” it can achieve in-hole detection up to 500 meters. BD-BRD-A Self-Storage Ground-Penetrating Radar Featuring a composite structure of fiberglass tubing and stainless steel, these products are well-suited to complex and specialized operational environments, meeting diverse construction requirements. Working in tandem, the two models complement each other, comprehensively addressing key challenges in geological exploration and providing efficient support across multiple sectors, including mining, tunneling, and highway construction.

During the case‑sharing session, Volat Technology leveraged engineering practices from Guizhou and numerous other regions across China to demonstrate the value of ground‑penetrating radar in complex geological settings. Whether it was the precise identification of fractured zones and voids during borehole‑based investigations in Yichang, the safe localization of metallic gas storage tanks in a 400‑meter‑deep underground environment in Shanxi’s coal mines, or the proactive detection of fractures and surrounding rock‑mass failure zones in tunnel advance‑exploration projects, Volat Technology’s radar products have consistently delivered robust performance and highly accurate results, providing reliable technical support for project safety.

In addition to case studies, Volatility Technology simultaneously showcased three core devices developed in-house at the event: BD-BRD borehole radar, BD-GPR-U100 deep-penetration ground-penetrating radar, and BD-GPR-600 ground-penetrating radar At the exhibition booth, attendees paused to browse product materials and consult with staff about key details such as detection accuracy and applicable scenarios. Many also shared the geological‑exploration challenges they face in their own projects, engaging in focused discussions with the Wave team, creating a lively and interactive atmosphere on site. Following the conference, the organizers presented Mr. Luo with a certificate recognizing his presentation, “Applications of New‑Generation Radar in Geological Exploration.” This honor not only acknowledges his technical contribution but also affirms Wave Technology’s practical achievements in the field of ground‑penetrating radar.

This participation in the event not only represents an important opportunity for Volat Technology to exchange technical insights and share experiences with industry peers, but also marks a pivotal step in the company’s deeper integration into the geological exploration market of Southwest China and its commitment to the principle of “focusing on creating value for customers and the industry.” Looking ahead, Volat Technology will continue to prioritize innovation in radar technology, launching products and solutions that better meet the specific needs of regional geological exploration. By working hand in hand with industry partners, we will unlock new sources of geophysical productivity and contribute our technological expertise to the high‑quality development of Guizhou and the nation as a whole.
