Digital Earth Connectivity, Transportation Future! Wave Technology Showcased at the 8th International Conference on Transportation Infrastructure and Materials.
On July 26, 2025, the 8th International Conference on Transportation Infrastructure and Materials (TIM 2025) was successfully held in Guiyang. This conference was jointly organized by the International Association of Chinese Infrastructure Professionals (IACIP) and Guizhou University, with the theme of "Digital Connectivity of Geo-rock, Future of Transportation." It gathered over 500 experts, scholars, industry elites, and representatives from research institutions from more than 20 countries worldwide to jointly blueprint an innovative vision for the sustainable development of transportation infrastructure.
As a high-tech enterprise, specialized and new SMEs, and innovative SMEs deeply rooted in the ground-penetrating radar technology field, integrating R&D, production, sales, and service, BODONG Technology was honored to send representatives to participate in this grand event, exploring the latest research achievements and practical wisdom in the field of transportation infrastructure and materials with industry partners.
At the opening ceremony, several professors elaborated on the significant role of the conference in promoting multidisciplinary integration. The subsequent three reports focused on pavement skid resistance, innovative theories in construction, and the application of smart sensors. Simultaneously, the conference also arranged multiple technical exchanges, a Young Scholars Forum, a 3MT Student Competition Forum, and a "Meet the Editor" session, covering various professional topics and providing participants with a rich platform for exchange.
The equipment exhibited by BODONG Technology this time includes: BD-GPR-U series deep geological radar, BD-GPR-S series dual-frequency radar, and BD-RCS concrete structure radar 。 These devices can detect underground caves and karst development in karst landforms, providing a solid defense for transportation subgrade safety in the Guizhou region; they can efficiently complete defect detection of bridge and tunnel concrete structures, ensuring the stable operation of transportation hubs; and they can assist in the fine investigation of urban underground pipe networks, improving the operation and maintenance efficiency of infrastructure. With these practical values, they successfully attracted the attention of the participants.
By participating in this conference, BODONG Technology gained an in-depth understanding of the cutting-edge trends in transportation infrastructure and materials, as well as the application trends of technologies such as AI and intelligent sensing. Simultaneously, multiple consensuses were reached with industry partners on technological development and practical applications, further enhancing brand influence in the field of transportation infrastructure inspection and achieving synergistic progress in technical cognition and market expansion.
