Volatility Technology made its debut at the Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering Professional Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Society of Civil Engineering and Architecture!
On August 28, 2025, the Eleventh Members’ Congress and Academic Exchange Conference of the Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering Professional Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Society of Civil Engineering and Architecture was grandly held in Xi’an. As a company deeply engaged in the field of ground-penetrating radar technology, it integrates research and development, manufacturing, sales, and service into a single entity. High-tech enterprises, specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative SMEs, and innovative SMEs , Volatility Technology Showcasing cutting-edge technological achievements, the event brought together industry experts and scholars to explore innovative trends and practical advancements in the fields of soil mechanics and foundation engineering.
At the meeting, the moderator Welcome Address Subsequently, the committee underwent a leadership transition and elected the members of the 11th Specialized Committee. Following the handover, the event moved into an academic exchange session: in the first half, experts shared insights on technologies such as pile foundations and slope stabilization; in the second half, the focus shifted to challenging engineering issues, with presentations on loess hazard research, techniques for subway tunneling through ground fissures, bio‑stabilization of soil, and static‑pressure pile‑driving methods, offering innovative solutions for projects in complex geological conditions and constrained environments.
At the conference, a representative from Volatility Technology highlighted one of the company’s core pieces of equipment, which is independently developed and manufactured: BD-GPR-900 ground-penetrating radar. This device can assess the physical properties of geotechnical materials characteristic of Northwest China, such as collapsible loess and aeolian sand, providing a scientific basis for the design of foundations for roads, bridges, and tunnels in Shaanxi Province and surrounding areas. It also efficiently identifies geological hazards—including loess subgrade settlement, frost heave, and potential risks to underground utility lines—thereby supporting the safe and efficient advancement of transportation infrastructure projects in the region. Whether addressing the specific foundation‑data needs of road construction in loess regions or tackling geological risk assessments in transportation engineering, its practical applicability tailored to the unique conditions of Northwest China has successfully captured the attention of conference participants.
From the perspective of academic exchange, the conference brought together cutting-edge technologies and research findings in the fields of soil mechanics and foundation engineering. Taking this opportunity, Wave Technology engaged deeply, showcasing its technological applications and sharing practical experience. Through intellectual exchanges and the pooling of expertise with industry peers, it fully demonstrated its technical prowess, effectively enhancing both its brand influence and visibility. This forum not only provided robust support for addressing real-world industry challenges and advancing technological innovation but also further integrated Wave Technology into the broader ecosystem of industry development.
Looking ahead, Volatility Technology will seize this conference as an opportunity to build on its established platform for professional exchange in geotechnical engineering and foundation engineering, ramp up investment in core‑technology R&D, and focus on tackling key technical challenges and translating research成果 into practical applications in areas such as ground improvement and disaster prevention and control. At the same time, the company will continue to drive innovation and advance engineering practice, delivering higher‑quality technological solutions to propel industry development.
